All: On April 15, 1999 our communication link to one of our quote vendors was unexpectedly interrupted, and remained intermittent through the entire trading day, the backup systems normally in place for instances such as this also failed. AB Watley has a responsibility to all of its clients for all vendors. This instance has been the exception to the norm and has forced us to look into new avenues to our current failover structure to insure that incidences such as this DO NOT occur in the future. AB Watley' support staff will be on hand Overnight tonight to address this problem and to answer via email (techsupport@abwatley.com) so that any questions our customers may have can be answered. We will take all measures necessary to restore the level of confidence in AB Watley and the Ultimate Trader system that our clients have been accustomed to. Brett Vernick SVP MIS
