Chief: I'm not advocating that they disclose any truly pertinent information. I just want continuity of the story, from past releases through to the following releases. They indicated that they were about to learn when negotiations would get underway and created the expectation that we would also have that information,then subsequently refuse to say a thing. A little statement saying " we have met " we continue to meet" "we don't wish to hinder by commenting any further etc.etc. As for today's announcements I beg your indulgence of me, but today they announce a PP of 333.333 shares and a debenture of 400,000 neither amounts are referred to in any of the preceding NR's which I interpret to be new announcements. I thought closing came after acceptance of the documentation " filed " with the regulatory body. Would you double check this? Regards Ogi
