I like to keep it simple, but I think that's too simple. I agree that a lot of speculation and frenzy had hit the techs. However, I don't think it was the little guys buying at the end, it was the institutions, and those same institutions suddenly decided to rotate their funds. I can understand the little guy buying into momentum, but not an institution. So I just don't know what happened, I don't know that anyone really does, but certainly the way the techs were running it could not be sustained.
