Dave, Peter & others have spent countless hours to: a.) Gather information/questions/answers from all resources including shareholders and the company. b.) Prepare all materials for presentation to company initially and now for responsible presentation on this message board. Some info. was interpreted differently by various people and some answers were not initially provided. Some answers are still outstanding. Surprisingly, most people involved with this effort have a life separate from Thermo Tech. The energy, frustration and time spent here is extensive. Nothing is being held back from anyone. There are severe time constraints presented because of time zone differences and normal work responsibilities for those working to bring this material together. No one is responsible to you from the people involved in this exercise. You may be correct in determining that because the effort was initiated by a few individuals trying to gain more information for everyone, they somehow became responsible to you. I don't believe so. It was initially anticipated everything could be deciphered and presented by Tuesday or Wednesday this week. It is now Thursday and some co-ordination of information is still necessary. In the end when this info is provided later today or tomorrow, there will still be some (possibly yourself) who ask: So what caused so much delay? So what is here I didn't already know or suspect? So ..... ?? !!! etc. Effort and time has been given. Quite simply; It will provide either more or less than some expected or hoped for. The same is true for everyone involved with this exercise. Perhaps another initiative by some (or all) of those involved this time will move a little further forward. Perhaps you or others will find the time and energy to initiate something new. If you do, I sincerely hope your efforts will meet less criticism than the kind you choose to lay upon others.
