Can anyone give me their opinion on PTET apparently they have a nice stake in MUSICMAKER.COM and also have agreements with Musicmaker. Just read their 10K filed today according to that they have 1,320,000 shrs of MusicMaker.com which is coming public next week sometime. ptet mkt cap at todays close of around $8 is $50 Million and has a float of 1.3 million shares. Company looks good on its own especially with their recent announcement with microsoft, just shows they can lingo with the big boys in Music content, however, am really wondering about weather their stake is gonna even help them or not, stock has been dipping and dipped a little more ahead of the 10 K....Just can't seem to figure this one out...is the ipo play already dead on this one or has it just started? experienced backdoor ipo players opinions appreciated... Here is the quote in the 10K "SIGNIFICANT MATTERS During September 1998, we exchanged 111,457 shares of our Common Stock for 1,320,000 common shares of musicmaker.com. Our investment has been valued at $750,000, which represents the fair value of the common stock relinquished by us.
