You're a fascinating, if to all appearances artificial, character (construct?), Dagan. You never get angry (except that little tiff with Jerry a while back that seems so out of character it, too, looks artificial), you never answer posts you can't turn to your advantage, you obviously spend a *considerable* amount of time on-line perusing this and other threads, SEC, NASDAQ and other research sites to find little tidbits to tease us with...and all with no discernable motive.
If there is no discernable motive I have to believe there *is* one regardless, that you simply have reason to keep it hidden. Which doesn't reflect well on you, I'm afraid.
