You are treading on VERY treacherous ground here. Our political system puts the miliary UNDER civilian leadership. For good reasons -- we want no military dictatorships here. The downside is that the military are subject to stupidity on the political level. BUT if you suggest they should not "allow" themselves to be ordered out when the commander in chief orders them out, you are basically saying you want the military, not the civil, to run our national policy. You are also advocating wide scale treason.

I deplore the damage Clinton is doing to our military. But thank God, when they are told to go, they go. Anything else would be FAR worse.
