Yes, DLGC does appear interesting. As have so many technical stocks, DLGC has corrected from its high. The question then becomes is this the time to buy DLGC and other technical stocks. With DLGC becoming part of small cap index the stock should gain some attention from buyers.

Re low volume in VCSI---if the stock is going to be a winner then the low volume is often an accumulation phase. Joe Granville's technical books on the market deal with something called on-balance-volume. In the 80's I hand charted my own obv charts to detect accumulation and distribution to help with buying and selling.

The obv analysis then gets tied in with fields----looking at DLGC's long term chart it appears to have a down field above the previous field. Again this can be detected via obv. (Looks like I am talking my self into going back to calculation of the obv.)

The point I am getting to is that accumulation can be detected with obv analysis before a stock ever moves. Granville may have a software program for generating obv via computer. I will check with his assistant.
