NR today Noble China Inc. - Court Rules In Noble's Favour TORONTO, ONTARIO--Noble China Inc. announced today that the Ontario Court (General Division) has dismissed an application by Catic Pacus Investment Corporation Ltd. for Noble to issue to it 5,442,263 common shares, being the number of shares the Company cancelled in 1998 following the arbitration award against its former Chairman.
