They have the money and if you remember by the two Recomeded Buys from analysts, drilling was supposed to start around now. It hasn't happened because a group of investors are at the very moment doing their "homework" on the property and if they decide to finance the whole project, then the drilling around the project will be set aside and the mine itself will be the main focus.
