Laz ole buddy!!! i didn't know you had a West coast condo. Why you ole sly dog you!! <g> I have just the thing to make your real estate holdings complete. How would you like an East coast condo to go along with it? Got a beauty down at Hilton Head Island right on the golf course, just yearning for a smooth talking CA type to have a place to jet to when the urge strikes... not too hard mind you, it just takes a little urge you know. Come on, buddy, I can make you a heck of deal... something to make you really think about it twice a year as you write twice the number of maintenance checks <ggg>. Makes for a great tax deduction too... except you probably make so much anyway that the passive limitations kick in... but, what the hay!! It's only money.
