INFERENCE (INFR)- INTERNET- AOL deal just the beginning, IMO. INFR provides software for customer support, including on the INTERNET. With the E-COMMERCE BOOM, the demand for software that handles customer support on the Internet is likely to mushroom, and could be the NEXT HOT INTERNET PLAY. The AOL deal indicated to me that the INFR software is "high-end", and I predict that the AOL contract is JUST THE BEGINNING. INFR has about $3.50 per share in CASH, and had been buying back their own stock.
