NASDAQ only went up 14 to-day. Everything will also be ON-SALE tomorrow. I think PCQUOTE is used by many of the on-line brokers for their data feed. I'm not sure how they can have a backup system. It reminds me of when I used to have to call my broker by phone, and the line would be busy or even the phone system could be down. Almost half the time I couldn't place my order it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. If Watley reps were rude, there was no excuse for this. If it was a failure beyond their control, I think we have to accept this will happen or stop trading using on-line brokers. Watley is my third broker, and they are the best I have found so far. Good luck with your new broker.
