Peter, I didn't say I agreed with their assessment. I was just posting Briefing.com's comments.

Personally, I think they will see 25 alot faster than that. I used to sell alot of covered calls on CUBE, but that was back when they were alot more volatile and high option premiums.

Note Brad's comment on increasing cash position. This has to be attractive to a potential buyer. exchange2000.com
