A little perspective on this hoax, please. Pair isn't that big a company, the hoax didn't get all that much play. And, the stock didn't move all that much. On the thread earlier today, someone suggested that pair would forever be associated in everyone's minds with fraud. (Apologies if I'm mis-paraphrasing). Most people, and most investors, will remain blissfully unaware of the event.

The perpetrator will likely get "raked", but what happens to him will similarly be known only to those interested in PAIR in the first place. This is not Barings, nor is it even Kidder/Jett. People don't think of Citibank for any of its "scandals"--and it's had bunches.

Pair will rise or fall on the success of Avidia, PGFlex, HDSL2. That's what will drive any interested investors, and any potential acquirers.
