>>4/7/99 Amendment
The Company has applied for its Common Shares to be quoted for trading on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market under the symbol BIDS.

4/15/99 Amendment
Following the effective date of this Registration Statement, the Company's Common Shares will be quoted on The Nasdaq National Market under the symbol BIDS.<<

FE and all,

Two things that I think are important to mention here tonight.

1) if you read both statements above.....we see the first amendment stating " the company has APPLIED for its common shares TO BE QUOTED for trading........."
the second amendment states: " the company's common shares WILL BE QUOTED ON THE NATIONAL MARKET UNDER THE SYMBOL BIDS "

notice....before..." has applied....to be quoted and NOW it is WILL be quoted.
Nasdaq is a done deal and the National Board has been secured. I can read this NO other way and I would like anyone to try to show how this means anything different.

2) Secondly.......I trade through two discount brokers....one is Investorline for my active trading account and Royal Bank Action Direct for my self-directed RRSP.....
On Royal Action Direct....I have always been able to get quotes on Nasdaq Bulletin Board stocks........however.....you can not get them through INvestorline through the phone system... the only quotes you can get are the National Board stocks.......this I know for certain as I own a few BB stocks in my RRSP and MUST call Action Direct to get quotes. Today...I decided to call on the INvestorline automated system to see if I would get any quote for BIDS.....I did this because I knew that if the stock was still a BB company's stock I would not get a quote and also....IF I did get a quote of nobid/noask for BIDS...I would know that Bii would most certainly NOT be going onto the Bulletin Board which I feel would have been a disappointment.
Sure enough, when I punched it in..I got BIDS.....last price $62.00 I think......might have been $60.00 I am not sure.....as well, I think it said 200 shares.........
then it said NO BID.../ NO ASK.........

this tells me that this symbol is now registered and ready to go.......we must assume it will be for Bid.com.............

I think we are at the end of a wait that has brought many wonderful things with it aside from the money......it has been a great education of human nature and the wonderful craps table we call " the stock market "......and yet when I say we are at the end.....I also mean we are at a beginning.

enjoy.
