I'm already working on a form of that, trying to raise additional outside funds. Also have someone researching the legal aspects. It appears there are several different forms of structuring. I really can not devote the time, nor have the energy, to developing a fund while simultaneously DDing. DD has turned into nearly a 24 hr job in itself. Got to cut back.
