All I know is that I've never seen a PnF chart that showed a time component. So as far as I know, time is completely ignored in PnF charts...especially if it's not there at all. A chart shows what a chart shows. No more. No less. In addition, I've never seen a PnF chart that showed "wasted time", or "discounted wasted time" either.
