Remember when I called the transfer agent and found that the number of outstanding shares was 20,000,000 higher than previously reported? It wasn't unreasonable to assume that the float had also risen by the same amount. MDMI hadn't said anything to counter this assumption. Verrill's obstinate elusion certainly didn't help. It turns out that most of those additional shares are restricted or held by insiders so it's good to learn that the float is a just 5.7 mil. That will be good for the stock price. I'm skeptical. I tend to assume the worst unless proven otherwise. I've been burned too many times. _______________________________ Marc Stager
