I have received a boilerplate reply from the SEC that they will review my complaint within the next 30 days. I suggest that anyone who believes that HG may be in league with Rocker and the MPEG Associates sham organization contact the SEC. Go to their home page and click on the "contact us" box. You don't even have to look up their address. The more complaints the SEC gets from individual investors, the more likely they are to follow up on a case. They are badly short staffed, given the amount of companies out there and the skullduggery that goes on. I suggested to them that CUBE could be an excellent case study in stock price manipulation by MMs, particularly since there is the added element of a "journalist" (HG) abetting a large hedge fund (Rocker) based upon the erroneous information provided by a sham group of analysts (MPEG Assoc.) I also informed them that some private investors have taken this up with the Chronicle's Editor, Barrons, WSJ and several other financial publications. I'd like to see if anything comes of this. carl
