Joe,

Food for thought:

1)Today FIRST time EVER the VLAD recalls trading halted in Vivus.

2)Dumb shorts jumped all over Vivus after pop after female SD patent announcement shorting Vivus from 5 3/4 all the way down to below 4.

3)Tomorrow Vivus gaps up somewhere above 6 and all dumb shorts are losing money.

4)Being above 5 many small cap funds now able to invest into Vivus stock.

5)Being above 5 small fish able to buy on margin and leverage.

6)The sheep are all impressed with preannouncement of Vivus beating earning estimates by 1200%!! Sheep go running out to Vivus pasture trampling shorts and leaving copious amounts of manure on their trampled bodies.

7)After today, day traders know that there are 6M shares shorted that need covering. They will buy at market at the bell to at least squeeze out a couple points.

8)The smarter of the dumb shorts realize that those covering first get out with the lowest loses. Shorts will probably be falling over themselves all trying to get out first thus making it even bloodier for themselves.

9)TA wise if we gap up over 6 there is some light technical resistance at 8 but no REAL resistance until our old support level at 10.

10)If we break 10 then there is no resistance till the 14 1/4 to 15 1/2 range.

11)If we break 15 1/2 there is no resistance until the gap gets filled to above 20.

12)Don't forget that this is a small cap NASDAQ stock. REAL company with a REAL product with REAL international partners and some REAL good R&D brewing beyond MUSE.

13)Life is good if you didn't sell out your Vivus to the manipulators.

14)Life is bad if you shorted Vivus below 6.
