Well, you won't be talking to yourself anymore, I'm on this thread. I don't know why more people haven't jump on board, the concept of the master lease gives them a bottleneck lock on all the telco/data needs of a building. Although a real-estate deal at it's core, if these becomes associated as a net/telco/data deal, it should fly. Anyway, have a nice night and let's see if more people start to check this company out!
