I am skeptical of this, and basically ignorant in terms of what it all means. My translation is that all the share holders will be given a "right" for each share held as of March 7,1997. My problem comes from the relative non liquidity of these issues and shares of Sanctuary in general. For example while sanctuary sometimes will spike up to 20 cents per share and we would own "rights" to buy at 12 cents , the volume is rarely large and to think that people are waiting in line to buy shares is ludicrious, so who would be there to complete the transaction? I doubt the rights will be much more liquid....frankly , I wonder if this somehow is not a package put together to assure the "management" at Sanctuary more money somehow...I know it is not being done for the long suffering share holders ....
