I may not should have even mentioned it, however I predicted that
that carrot would surface a few days ago. At best it's a skinny
carrot as the main reason any IMF money would to Russia would
be just so Russia would pay of some "unnamed creditors" in fact
from what I can see that's all the IMF does in most cases, the
money never goes to help out the people, and just winds up
in the pocket of some unnamed bankers after the local crooks
get their cut.
