Unfortunately for me, Noesis is going to be a pay site from now on. His report today stated that we are about 10 mil barrels away from topping off storage in the US. Looking at a long term weekly chart of crude shows huge resistance at $17/barrel. I think you're right. Oil gets cheaper before it gets more expensive again.
