Charles, and others, would the pressure upon G%S to settle be increased if a large group of shareholders filed an amicus curie, or whatever, brief as friends of the court entering a second lawsuit against G&S from shareholders. That is very naively -worded, but the lawyers in the group can clean it up. Wouldnt it be possible to enter a secondary suit against G&S, in support of GRNO, with relatively little expense? Has thought been given to this. Facing a few more millions in potential settlement, as called for in a new filing, would seem to me to make an impression on G&S. ?? What say, folks? Jack Kanak
