Announces Negotiations to Acquire Internet Travel Search Engine NEW YORK, April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Diversicon Holdings Corp., (OTC Bulletin Board: DVSHU - news; the ''Company'') today announced that, the Company is presently in negotiations with a European based company, which owns a host Website/gates travel and leisure information service. Its main objective is to become, on a worldwide basis, the first interactive database of its kind for the travel and leisure industry. This Website/gates will be similar to those provided by YAHOO, EXCITE, INFOSEEK, INKTOMI, LYCOS, but dedicated to provide Website information and services exclusively for the travel and leisure industry using the principle of gates.
