Hi Wren,

Looks as if you sold at the right time. I had purchased some after its initial hit and made a few points about a month or so later. Now that the dividend has been started again I have gone back in perhaps a little too heavy but the 15% just looked too good to pass up. Time will tell if my buy was good.

On the good side while congress has passed a law preventing nursing homes from evicting MEDACAID residents they do not have to take new ones. So when the word gets out congress will be under pressure to do something realistic in their payments, I HOPE!

I wonder if the Congress People and Senators pay their rent on the basis of what they thing is proper or what the landlord wants? That is how they are treating the owners of nursing homes.
