Thanks Tom and Glen, You guys are right on about the one-for -3.85 reverse split and also about the number of shares of Musicmaker to be owned by PTET after offering. I just went thru the entire prospectus, Thanx Glen:) Also interesting was this :- " Platinum Entertainment, Inc. Alliance. We are the exclusive marketer of custom CDs and digitally downloaded music for Platinum, the largest independent music label in the United States with artists such as Peter Cetera, Roger Daltry, Crystal Gayle and Dionne Warwick. Platinum displays and promotes our custom CDs on their PlatinumCD.com website which has a direct hyperlink to musicmaker.com. Musicmaker.com also has exclusive license rights to Platinum's entire music catalog of approximately 13,000 songs. Sales from Platinum accounted for 18% of net sales in 1998. " I'm glad I got this straightened out tonite.... p.s. any clue as to which day ipo will be? I'm hearing next week sometime, but thats about all so far....Also any idea if ipo will have significant effect on PTET or would you say NAVR is a better ipo play?
