marketgems.com USWB: A combination of events: Breakout + Market Climate + big blocks traded + Closeness to Earnings day with good prospects USWB..A whole set of facts contributed to the buy this morning. First of all USWB was on my 'most preferred' trade for today because I ws literally forced to sell it yesterday. 1) The last two session USWB had over 58 big blocks that went through, on Wednesday the blocks were sells but this time i thought they were most likely buys. 2) I looked at the big blocks right in the morning as I expected the AMTD report to propel the nets at least for a while. And yes you nailed it.. Positive Volume, RSI breakouts, Bollinger breakouts were what clinched the trade 3) and simply a reversal in a 'hot' stock with high relative strength that had been weak for 3 weeks and the upward motion alone was a signal the correction might be over. 4) It was a preferred earnings play so I am expecting "Anticipatory Upswing" any hour.
