<<They are at the brink of production, whether you want to admit or not.>>

I've been hearing that same thing over and over from you guys for more than two years now.

Compare VLNC to MVIS. MVIS is an R&D company that makes no claim to "imminent production." Yet since January 1, the company has raised $11 million in two separate financings; both of which are on terms that are far more favorable than the $7.5 million raised by VLNC in December. It has also received coverage by a major investment banking/brokerage firm (Josenthal).

Seems kind of strange to me that an R&D company that is still far away from commercial production can raise money under far better terms than a company that is "on the brink" of being able to produce and sell $100's of millions worth of product.

But what do I know, I'm just "obnoxious, vituperative, arrogant and anti-people."
