Tom, The "late March" version of the program has been available for a couple weeks. Those who are serious about trading go and check the site often, as MBT tells us to.

For others they sent out an email giving 48 hours notice (not "download immediately") as Mark Z may have claimed.

As of tonight there is a NEW download dated 4/15/99.
