Try a year! They filed their 10-KSB the same day that they released the limited investment info. Might be in the next 10-Q, maybe. I am not sure off the top of my head if that disclosure is mandated by the SEC regs.

Edgar site Form 10-KSB filing:
sec.gov

What I am really surprised at is PricewaterhouseCoopers not getting any detail on this investment in Note 14 - Subsequent Events in the 10-KSB. The problem appears that field work and their opinion runs to April 8, 1999 and the "details" of the investment were made public on April 14. So PWC did not get the info to get it in this year's disclosures.

DBSS may have pulled a fast one to get the first vendor/investors in the door to pull in the others without showing their hand. They may very well have given a discount to allow this first one to close. Fred is the CFO at this point, and it appears he knew exactly how to play this one without disclosure.

You know I am very long on this one too, and at higher than current levels. We have miles to go yet....let's hope we get there!!!

Later, Dennis
