Nasdaq listing.

How is Microforum going to meet the minimum bid prices stipulated by the Nasdaq listing? It is currently only trading at $1.50US and has to at least get to $4US.

Are they planning to align themselves with some brokers who will try to establish a new trading base?

Is a reverse split being considered by them?

Here is a quote from Frank Iadipaolo concerning this issue.

The next stage is certainly positioning ourselves to go on NASDAQ. We're not there yet. That takes time to get things together. It takes 45-60 days to get on. We have a minimum share or a minimum bid price threshold to deal with. It's something we're looking at very seriously. We have accounting issues to deal with in terms of US accounting practices.
