This shell (TRIT) has little to no cash. But they are in the works for a stock swap with a financial firm, that has some very ambitious goals for the future. Talks about electronic stock market, etc...
The stock already has over 10 market makers following this thing, just waiting for the deal to be sealed (letter of intent to come next week) before jumping the price.
