Over the many months that anaxagoras/abs have posted, I can't say that they "scared" me. Annoyed me? Yes. Self-serving rhetoric is tiresome, and, anonymity is a perfect vehicle for cowards. Inadvertantly, message boards and chat rooms foster the worst aspects of human nature. In "real" life it is quite possible that anax/abs are more civilized people since they are held accountable for their behavior, being known. OTOH, since their anonymous behavior is so petty and transparent, one must conclude that they would make untrustworthy friends/acquaintances. I suspect they fancy themselves "birds of prey." I experience them as maggots.
