I suspect that there will be more news coming out of VVUS come 4/21.

Even if VVUS came out with a .05 EPS and some positive forward looking statement in the CC, the stock would have moved higher.

There wasn't an imminent need to preannounce such fantastic numbers...in that there is no reason to "show all of your cards" at once when you're trying to regain credibility with the street.
