No problem - I would be just concerned if they cam back after you guys later and changed you Cap Gains to income and then you had not prepared for nor had you properly recorded your expense side of what you do.

And they dont care - Rememeber - think entrepeneur even if you have a day job. I do. I do taxes and have other income -

I even claimed the cost of a haircut against the income I earned while "starring " in a TV movie.

I might be exaggerting that "starring" line
