Mark: You are too unkind to Amex options traders,what about the NAZ guys,no better I don't think. Don't expect much from Justice department probe,it could turn out to be like all the other probes resulting in a little fine or they accept a statement from them like-
'Sorry Judge,we'll never do it again', just like the Nasdaq guys did not too long ago and they even appeared before the floor of the Senate or Congress (don't recall) and repented and said they would never do it again, yeah right.<g>
