After Brett lambasted me yesterday I asked to speak to his supervisor. His reply was that he was the supervisor. I asked him if he was an owner of the company and he said "yes".

I would be willing to bet that a good percentage of ABW customers either post or lurk on this thread and that these negative postings are weighing on the minds of management. I cant imagine that they are indifferent to what is going on here.

As an owner of ABW, I would expect Brett to be concerned about company image and how his employees treat customers. This thread is a perfect forum to address these customer service issues. I don't think we're asking for the moon. A small gesture that showed they cared would help. So far we've heard nothing and the silence is deafening.
