As planted, I talked to NABI management today, Here is some highlight from the talk:

NABI feels their stock is way under valued, so the March 14 investment Wall Street analyst meeting is planted to let the Street know more about the value of NABI.

After the positive earning release last week, NABI shares has been down as much as 20%, they told me that one of the brokerage firm (Raimman Jane?) cut NABI's FY-97 earning number based on the concern of old HBIG inventory may not last till the new formulation got approved.

NABI is able to use the tax credit as long as it has positive earnings into next several years.

They decline to talk about any future mergers/acquisition. I feel NABI need time to digest the Univax merge.

Good invest,

Xy
