My question is whether or not there are other factors involved with putting the income into the next quarter...I understand the conservative accounting procedures, but what about the WARRANT FACTOR.
Surely to hold the price WAY down from the strike price of 9 will probably make them worthless and unconverted going into July...
Wouldn't this be in the company's interest?
