Hi Blackdog, I do not know of any free Canadian realtime quotes anymore, but most people here use Stockwatch canada-stockwatch.com Realtime is $20/mo and Exchange fees for Toronto are $6/mo. If you need market depth (5 bid and ask price levels for each stock and volume of orders waiting at each level) the cost is higher.
