What is your take on the financing? It would have been nice to see some sort of partnership included, but 6 3/8 is better than the 3 15/16 they would have got a month ago. The market seems to like it.

I guess it clears up some of the uncertainty. Perhaps we will learn a little more about the strategy during the quarterly conference call. Someone believes they can make some money.
