I, too, have accounts with different brokers. WebStreet is by far the worst. Their service levels have slowly deteriorated over the past year. Recently, they were down for the majority of two trading days. I called their broker to place an order and he said that his system was down as well. I have also experienced serious balance miscalculations on days that they were up which affected my buying power, etc. Their customer service was equally unhelpful here as well.

When I first signed up with WSS, I could always talk to a very courteous, helpful broker. Not so today.

Reporting on execution varies anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. I have never experienced the fast reporting of executions that others have spoken of here on this thread. However, I only trade 3 or 4 times a week. So, perhaps others are better suited to speak to their reporting capabilities.
