I called Marker yesterday.

I asked for "inbvestor relations"

She said Technica group was doing DD and every one felt the thing would go through. The guys suit will not hold things up. Marker Ltd is financed by a different group. The Marker name and company stays the same. The Technica group will be a holding company.

Give them a call for an accurate picture.

Snowboarding will not replace skiing.
