It doesn't get much lower than this. Company trying to move the machine in Washington to PA. I believe they are issuing about 10M shares to pay for it. Seems to be reflected in the price. This thing could sit dormant for a long time. But if they can just improve the technology to one more level, it could be a very good investment. If..... jmt
