FED WILL NOT RAISE RATES TO COOL MKT....The Fed cannot and will not act like a terrorist and threaten wall street with higher rates.More so the FED will not risk such a move only to have stocks go even higher, thus destroying the INTEGRITY of the Federal Reserve and the world respect for our financial system..
