GJP: Our experience is that they usually don't take the BIDS ... yesterday I think was an exception .. they are really pretty stingy and want the ASK .. well they did that to me for 3 days in a row. People are bidding low thinking they'll get hit like yesterday .. maybe they will, when they don't get hit it usually closes up over 1.50 .. so we'll see. Mike
