The 10-K was due yesterday 4/15/99 in accordance with the NT
10-K filed in March for a 15 day extension. I did not see an additional request for time at the Disclosure site, so I am presuming that there isn't one. If not, in my opinion its clearly not a good sign for the shareholders.
